This project was a retrofit of four elementary school buildings in the district, ranging from 70,000 sq ft to 104,000 sq ft, with up to two levels each.

The District required universal and remote control over all of their locations, for monitoring and efficiency purposes.
Distech Controls EC-NetAX Web-based building management platform was used to achieve multi-site integration and for the ability to integrate with existing control and terminal equipment, helping the District to respect their retrofit budgets.

BACnet ECB Series controllers and Allure EC-Smart-Vue communicating sensors, delivering increased comfort control and energy efficiency.

The District now has a majority of its schools networked together via EC-NetAX, a single, unified interface and system, for efficiency in operations and monitoring, and additional operational cost savings.
